Due to COVID-19 and recent events around a Worldwide Pallet Shortage, for the first time, our suppliers are charging us to supply stock on pallets.

As a result, we are forced to introduce a pallet fee.

Changes effective immediately:

– $20+gst per pallet fee will be added on all orders requiring pallets.

– A credit for returned pallet will apply *see terms and conditions below*.

Terms and conditions for credit on Pallet returns:

1. Pallet is deemed by us to be in a condition to be reused. 
2. Credit will be to the same value as the customer’s original purchase price
3. Pallet must be returned to us at the customer’s own expense.

Please note: These changes only apply to our customers who receive pallets in their delivery.
